Luohe Goldenshell Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a company that integrates the manufacturing and sales of food processing machinery. The company adopts a vertically integrated production model, with key production processes completed in its own factory. This effectively ensures equipment quality while reducing production costs.
History
The company was established in Luohe, China, committed to leveraging China's manufacturing strengths to produce food processing equipment for overseas markets. With reasonable prices and stable performance, it gradually entered the export market.
With significant growth in orders for industrial juicers, the company shifted its focus to the research and development and improvement of juicing-related equipment, making it its core product line
The company established its own production base, achieving independent production of key processes. The same year, the company launched its first generation of screw juicers, which sold well upon launch and continues to optimize product performance based on customer feedback.
The company introduced fruit washers, sorting and grading machines, pasteurizers, and other equipment, gradually developing a comprehensive equipment portfolio covering all stages of fruit and vegetable processing.
The company established its first overseas distributor in Mexico. Subsequently, the company gradually expanded its distribution network, reaching agreements with partners in the Middle East, the Dominican Republic, and other regions, promoting its products to more overseas markets.
Production Strength
The company boasts a 5,000-square-meter factory, total assets of 5 million yuan, and an annual production capacity of 100 million units. It currently employs over 70 people, over 70% of whom are skilled workers. Equipped with laser welding machines, CNC cutting machines, lathes, and other equipment, all operated by professional technicians, we ensure efficient and standardized production of food machinery.
Certifications
All of our equipment is certified by Bureau Veritas (BV), SGS, CE, and ISO, meeting international quality and safety standards. Furthermore, the company has obtained over 10 national utility model patents and received numerous industry honors, including the Food Machinery Innovation Award, demonstrating its comprehensive strength in technological research and development.
Products and Applications
We primarily produce fruit and vegetable washers, juicers, and dryers. We also offer a wide range of products, including baking machinery, meat processing equipment, and snack food processing machinery. Our equipment is widely used in fruit processing, food pretreatment, dehydration and drying, mixing and forming, and serves a wide range of food production and sales locations, including food processing plants, restaurants, and chain grocery stores.

Our machines have been exported to numerous countries, including the United States, Canada, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Greece, the Netherlands, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
