Working principle of gas-fired jacketed kettle: first open the gas valve of the jacketed kettle, ignite the gas, manually add cooking oil to the pot, and when the oil temperature reaches the cooking temperature, add the appropriate amount of materials, manually turn the pot and stir, so that the materials are evenly heated in the pot (the same principle as a household cooking pot). After the materials are processed, turn off the gas and turn off the fire, turn the handle, and use the worm gear and worm gear turning device to rotate and tilt the worm body, and pour the materials into another container. In this way, the materials are processed.

Working principle of electric heating jacketed kettle: The electric heating jacketed kettle uses electric heating as the heat source, and the electric heating jacketed kettle uses heat transfer oil as the medium. When working, the material is transported from the feed port to the pot, and the electric heating rod at the bottom of the jacket in the pot body heats the heat transfer oil in the jacket, so that the material in the pot quickly heats up in a short time. Heating the electric heating jacketed kettle to a predetermined temperature saves more time than steam heating. The electric heating jacketed kettle does not need to withstand pressure during operation, so the heating time is short. The electric heating double-layer pot has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short heating time and easy temperature control.

Working principle of steam jacketed kettle: The pot body of the steam jacketed kettle is a double-layer structure composed of inner and outer spherical pot bodies. The middle jacket heats the material after steam heating. The steam jacketed kettle uses steam at a certain pressure as the heat source. When working, open the steam inlet ball valve to start ventilation and heating. When the material is heated, close the steam inlet ball valve. The steam jacketed kettle has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency and uniform heating. The liquid material has a short boiling time and the heating temperature is easy to control.
