Chain Adjustment
After stopping the motor, press the chain at the midpoint between the two sprockets. The proper compression range is 4-9mm. If it exceeds this, adjust the idler to the correct tension.
Speed Control Oil Replacement
Before checking, refueling, or replacing the oil in the stepless transmission gearbox, stop the motor and remove the oil inspection plug. Ensure there are no open flames during this process.
Belt Adjustment
After stopping the motor, press the belt at the midpoint between the two pulleys using your index and middle fingers. The standard compression range is 7-12mm. If it exceeds this, adjust the idler to achieve proper tension.
Long-Term Storage
Before storing the machine for an extended period, clean all parts thoroughly, removing any dirt or debris. Pay special attention to rotating parts, belts, and chains. Lubricate all moving components to prevent rust.
