The working principle of the grinder is based on the cooperation between high-speed rotating cutters and fixed cutters, which crush, grind, and shear the raw materials. The process can be described in the following steps:

Feeding and Cutting: The raw materials are fed into the grinding chamber through the feed inlet. Inside the chamber, the wide-wheel high-speed rotating cutters work in conjunction with the fixed cutters. The rotating cutters spin at high speed, rapidly cutting, crushing, and grinding the materials into fine particles.

Airflow Action: As the rotating cutters spin, they generate strong airflow inside the chamber. This airflow not only helps move the material but also effectively carries away the heat generated during the grinding process, preventing the materials from overheating and ensuring product quality.

Screening: After the material has been cut, ground, and sheared, it passes through a screen in the grinding chamber. The size of the finished particles depends on the screen mesh size. Different mesh sizes can be used to adjust the particle size of the output.

Heat Dissipation: The airflow within the chamber also helps carry away the heat generated during grinding, maintaining a stable temperature inside the machine and preventing excessive heat from affecting the grinding efficiency or the quality of the material.

Product Output: The finely ground particles that pass through the screen are discharged through the outlet, completing the grinding process.

This working principle allows the grinder to efficiently crush, grind, and refine various materials. The airflow helps maintain low operating temperatures, which improves grinding efficiency and product quality.
