The machine's operating principle: The rotation of the brush rollers removes dirt adhering to vegetables like carrots (harder brush rollers can directly remove the skin). A spray pipe is installed on the top of the large brush peeling machine, which sprays and rinses the product. The discharge port at the end of the electric peeling machine is opened at regular intervals to remove the product.
