Orders generally ship from our factory within 1-3 business days after receipt of the order. Typical delivery is then 1 - 5 business days after leaving our factory. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information on the day your order ships.If you require us to ship to a PO Box or if you request that we ship your order via U.S. Postal Service (whether it’s to a street address or a PO Box), there will be a $15 per carton fee. A: There is a lot of factory dust and oils that you must burner off when you break in your brand new oven. Before actually using your oven, you're going to want to turn the oven on to 500oF and let it run for 1 hour. That should burn off anything coming from the factory which needs to be removed.
