Nitrogen Gas Machine

The nitrogen gas machine is a welding gas production equipment designed and manufactured using pressure swing adsorption technology. It mainly uses the gas output by the air compressor as an auxiliary and uses physical methods to separate and extract the gas required for welding.

The nitrogen gas machine uses high-quality imported carbon molecular sieve as an adsorbent, uses the principle of normal temperature pressure swing adsorption to achieve air separation, and produces high-purity welding gas.
The equipment uses air as raw material and only consumes the electricity of the air compressor. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption and high efficiency, which effectively reduces the operating cost.
The machine adopts an overall skid-mounted design with a compact structure and a small footprint. It does not require additional infrastructure investment and reduces initial investment.
After the equipment is powered on, it can realize full automatic operation, the ventilation system is automatically adjusted, and the filter element only needs to be replaced once a year, without other additional losses or maintenance items.
