Constructed from food-grade stainless steel, our fruit pulper boasts a durable and corrosion-resistant structure, meets food hygiene standards, and is easy to clean and maintain. It offers easy operation, high efficiency, and a high pulping yield. Single-pass or multi-pass pulping options are available to meet production requirements for varying pulping fineness.

Our Golden Shell company's fruit pulper is a machine specifically designed for the deep processing of fruits and vegetables. It is widely used for pulping and separating fruits such as apples, mangoes, strawberries, tomatoes, and kiwis.
The dual-pass pulper works by performing two consecutive pulping and separation steps, utilizing centrifugal force and screen filtration to separate the pulp from the residue automatically. The specific process is as follows:
The motor drives the rotor at high speed, and material enters the machine through the feed inlet. The feed blades propel the material toward the pulping bar or scraper area. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is broken down by the high-speed rotating scrapers or pulping bars. The juice and pulp (now pulped) pass through the first screen and proceed to the next stage, while larger particles (such as pits and peels) are discharged.
The pulp that passes through the first screen enters the second pulping area, where the screen has a smaller aperture to further separate the remaining seeds, skins, and fibers. After the second round of pulping, the finer juice is collected by the second screen, while the residue is discharged through the residue outlet.
Dual-screen design: The first screen has a larger aperture (typically used to separate fruit pits), while the second screen has a smaller aperture (used to refine the pulp). Lead angle adjustment: By adjusting the scraper lead angle, you can change the material movement speed and optimize the pulping effect.Automated separation: The entire process requires no manual intervention, and pulp and residue are automatically separated, making it suitable for continuous production line operation.
Key Principle: The material is crushed and centrifuged twice through screens of different apertures, resulting in a fine pulp and simultaneously discharging the pomace. This process improves pulp quality and production efficiency. Our fruit pulper uses a high-speed rotor and screen to automatically separate the pulp from impurities such as peel, pits, and seeds, resulting in a fine and uniform pulp.
