Fruit Pitting Machine

The fruit pitting machine is mainly used for peeling and core-removing round fruits with a diameter of less than 10 cm. It has 4 fruit positions and can process 4 fruits at the same time. Continuous processing is achieved by rotating the fruit fixing arm above, which is convenient for the operator to continuously feed.

The machine is capable of processing up to 600 kilograms of material per hour, ensuring high output to meet demanding production needs. It operates with an energy-efficient 2kW motor, which balances strong performance with low power consumption. 

The fruit pitting machine is made of stainless steel, which overcomes the limitations of earlier fruit peeling machines. This machine peels and cores fruit without damaging its appearance, significantly reducing raw material waste.

The pulp and peel separation system minimizes fruit loss and increases work efficiency by automatically separating the pulp from the peel.
