Our golden shell company's old coconut shelling machine is a device that can quickly remove the shells of old coconuts. The motor rotates the gear to break the shell. It has two operating stations and is suitable for peeling the shell of hairy coconuts and removing the hard shell layer.

The husks leave a clean, intact surface, making them ideal for subsequent slicing, juicing, and processing into products like shredded coconut and coconut milk.
During operation, the motor, via a sprocket, rotates the main shaft, which in turn drives two blade discs mounted at each end. The blade discs are equipped with several removable teeth for easy replacement, and a shelling rod is mounted at the front of the discs.
To operate, position the coconut eye over the tip of the rod, then gently tilt the coconut onto the blade discs for shelling. Gently rotate the coconut until all the husks are removed.
