Our Golden Shell company's small milk pasteurizer heats the product to a specific temperature and holds it for a specified period of time. It effectively kills harmful microorganisms while maximally preserving the food's nutrients, taste, and flavor. All parts in contact with the product are constructed of food-grade stainless steel, meeting food hygiene standards, being corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.


Our small milk pasteurizer utilizes low-temperature heating (typically between 60°C and 85°C), effectively killing harmful microorganisms while maximizing the preservation of food nutrients (such as vitamins and protein).
The equipment's chain continuously rotates, driving the pasteurized material into the tank for continuous operation. It is suitable for automated, continuous pasteurization of pickles, preserved vegetables, low-temperature meat products, juices, jellies, yogurt, and various beverages. It can also be used for blanching and withering vegetables.
Constructed of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, it uses water as the medium and consists of a sterilization tank and a cooling tank. The sterilization temperature and speed can be adjusted according to the material processing requirements.
The pasteurizer operates smoothly, features stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, and is low-noise. The stainless steel mesh belt is strong and has low elasticity, making it durable and easy to maintain.
