When operating our Jinke continuous powder mixer, you need to add the required powder into the mixing drum in the correct proportion. In actual operation, after starting the continuous powder mixer, the mixer blades rotate at high speed, continuously stirring and mixing the powder until it is evenly mixed. The discharge port at the bottom of the machine can quickly discharge the powder, which has high production efficiency.
Powder Mixer Features: Utilizing dual "S"-shaped mixing blades, the outer spiral gathers the material from both sides toward the center, while the inner spiral conveys the material from the center to the sides, creating efficient convection mixing. Suitable for mixing, blending, and color mixing plastics, powders, new and old materials.
Discharge Method: Powders utilize a pneumatic, wide-opening door design, offering fast discharge and zero residue. Fine-grained or semi-fluid materials utilize manual or pneumatic butterfly valves.
The mixer can be configured with either a heating or cooling jacket. Heating options include electric heating and thermal oil heating. For cooling, cold water can be directly injected into the jacket, providing a large heat exchange area and rapid cooling.
Small mixers utilize a direct-drive reducer system, offering a simple structure, high reliability, and easy maintenance. Large mixers utilize a pulley-driven reducer. The flexible connection of the belt drive protects transmission components in the event of overload.
