The machine is available with two capacity options: 200–300 kg/h and 400–500 kg/h, allowing users to select the right output level according to production scale and efficiency needs.

It features press frames with volumes of 400L and 600L, providing ample space for handling large batches in a single cycle.

The hydraulic system delivers a cylinder pressure of up to 15 MPa (equivalent to 10 tons), ensuring strong pressing force for efficient material processing and product consistency.

The cassava hydraulic press machine mainly comprises a frame, an oil cylinder, a pressure oil pump, a pressure cover, a motor, an oil tank, and a pressure barrel. The fermented cassava is directly put into the oil cylinder, and then the hydraulic pump station squeezes the crushed cassava to remove moisture. The squeezed water flows from the pressure barrel to the designated location.

A double-drum interchangeable press can be used, and the pressing, material distribution, and slag pressing processes can be carried out simultaneously, which improves production efficiency and saves labor.
The hydraulic pressing method is adopted, which has high pressure and high speed to remove moisture from the material.
